For a while after deleting the cache and cookies the problem was resolved but has since returned. This is occurring on a windows 10 PC using Firefox. Thus far after doing the same with Microsoft Edge this particular browser appears to be working as it should.

Thanks for highlighting this issue, I am sorry that some of you are having a problem with accessing the options available via the main navigation bar on BT.com.
We have reported this to the team who looks after the navbar but we are struggling in being able to replicate the issue. We would very much appreciate it if you could help with some further details;
We continue to investigate but any further information from you folks that are experiencing this would be very useful.
