my friend has forgot his bt email password , so i tried to reset it on his pc but it said this email addess is not recognised. so then we then went on live chat and they said that he had a premium email address. he has got bt broadband and wants to
change the email back to the standerd email what comes with the broadband package.
we can log into my bt with his email address ok.
on the 11/1/2017 we used live chat and they change my mates email address because his old email address had been suspended so it must have been change to a premuinm mail then.
how can we sort this issue out
Is this the same issue that you posted about on a previous thread
If it is I suggest that you don't double post and that you re-contact the Live Chat that was dealing with it and ask them to sort it out.
The live chat team should hopefully be able to help you.
