Firstly apologies if this is in the wrong place - have only just joined the forum. I followed instructions as per BT guidance for new email - on my laptop I am underwhelmed - I have to keep logging out as it keeps showing invalid in box or something BUT I cannot now access my emails via my Samsung Tablet and Samsung smart phone, I need this facility. It keeps saying incorrect email or password and I can assure you its not. I ahve tried to contact and of course they have not responded!!
