Re: eratic connection

Are you connecting using an Ethernet cable, or wireless?

Its going to be difficult to prove whether its actually your Infinity connection that is at fault, without plugging your computer directly into the home hub.

I am going to assume that its most likely a problem with your wireless devices disconnecting, so I will move this thread to the Other BB board, where most of the threads relating to wireless are located.

Re: eratic connection

There are a number of help pages relating to wireless connections.

Here is a BT one.

http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/38064/c/346

And here is one from my help website.

Wireless problems and things you can try, to resolve them

Changing the wireless channel is the first thing to try.
