error reward card

Hi

I received my confirmation email yesterday, after signing up for broadband. I've tried to claim my reward card via the link in the email, but every time I do, the page just says 'Error! Please try after some time.'

Please can you help with this?

Sorry you're having trouble claiming the reward. Can you just confirm are your services connected yet?
