how do i get any sense out of the fault service, i have spent nearly two days reporting a fault on my broadband speed, dealing with india on the phone and the chatline, i have had engineer appointments made and cancelled no end opf promises, and my broadband still runs at 26mb and not the 54mb i am paying for. i am at my wits end, can anybody help me please
is your phone line noisy? dial 17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone
can you post stats from your hub if hh6 then advanced settings then technical log information

the phone check is quite simple to see if line ok just dial 17070 option 2

do you notice if the light on the hub changes colour from normal blue? do you notice if your internet conenction stops working? often?
enter 192.168.1.254 into your browser address bar and then enter admin password form hub then go to advanced settings then technical log information and can you post the hub stats you see
