folders on pc

when I save a new document i only see recent saved folders that seem to be on cloud.

Also my main folder is no longer on my pc only on cloud

Is there a question there somewhere?

Just been on the cloud web and my personal folder there is the same with recent uploads only and not the full a-z of sub folders as my standards folder is.
