At this moment my dektop is working fine but yesterdsy (30/09/2013)when it started to rain it runs very slow then it freezes last night it took 4hrs to shut down completly. I have contacted the help line all to no avail, Im not happy about contacting an b.t. engineer because if there is nothing wrong i will be charged.Can anybody give me some advice please.
Report a telephone line fault. Do not mention your broadband. Unless you have a leaky roof letting water onto your connection after the master socket, which I doubt, it must be a BT problem.
