Re: having email account for my own computer

Go to solution

Hallo, love the wink!!!

Any advice that says "easier to set up" sounds good to me.

Is there a way to rate this conversation, or have I missed the opportunity?

You can install the client at anytime, you can set it up anytime.
Thunderbird is as easy to set up as any other client.
You can install as many email clients as you like and try them out.
It comes down to personal taste.

If you have BT desktop help installed it can set up Windows Live Mail for you.
Click on the big pink button Smiley Happy for a walkthrough, with instructions and pictures for different clients.

All you need to set a client up is...
name and password, and incoming(pop3) and outgoing(smpt)addresses,
settings can be found here
