hh3 incorrect network usage

just checked the network usage for the last 6 days (after restarting it). Data Transmitted/Received (GB):1.3 / 0.5 - yeah no! this is no where near accurate. I know that I can check this on BTs site under my services, but why include something that doesn't work?

do you mean you restarted the hub 6 days ago and it only shows 1.3/0.5gb usage.  has there been a drop in connectionsince your restart as data is only from last internet connection not hub reset

BB usage reported on the hub3 resets when it hits 5GB - this is probably what has happened

 

No idea why and it's been reported many times on these forums
