I saw the 2 lines - shows line reset this morning and noise margin at 9db is higher then normal 6db which is reducing your connection speed.  if you can get a stable connection the noise margin will reduce back to normal but with buzz on line you need to get that fixed first

so your comnnection speed is better than the extimate and if noise margin get back to 6db the speed will get even better
