My church has been holding services on Zoom. When the meeting details are sent out in the standard Zoom format, it bounces back for those of us on btinternet.

You could try adding the email address or domain that the invitations are originating from to the safe senders list. This can be found by logging onto your email account and clicking on your username at the top right then going to settings > Mail > Safe Senders.

Thank you for your speedy reply.
However, other emails from the same sender have no problem getting through. It's only the Zoom emails that get bounced back. They don't even have the chance to go to spam.
