We originally ordered Fibre via sky and was told that the order was cancelled via BT openreach and rejected it. They couldnt tell us why so we re ordered with bt directly. I spoke with the telesales people after ordering and they told me the cabinet was full and I would have to wait for someone to leave before I could get fibre.
I saw an engineer working on the cabinet this morning and he said there is a whole new card in there but no one has activated it.
How do I get this done so we can have fibre?
