Today my bt home hub has been cutting out at random, (orange light would light comes on for about 20secs, then turns blue again)
has happened 4 times or so today.
Ive tried restarting the home hub, this works but still cuts out after a random time.
The openreach modem was replaced by bt a few weeks back, (faulty)
also noticed some webpages seem slow to load
I have had exactly the same thing, start late morning.... when i type a web address it seems to take ages to "connect" to the page. The some pages load very slowly. My modem has also reset maybe 10 tens, a few of them were 3 or 4 mins apart, longest was about 30 mins apart. Last reset was 10 mins ago.
hmmm well im in essex, near london and did a online line check and nothing found....
I thought we had the problem but im not sure now to be honest...
maybe the bt engineer will replace it with the new bthomehub 3
I was under the impression that the OpenReach Engineer is only responsible for the Modem and that BT deal with the HomeHub.
