dunno, but the bt guy came out both times, to install and to replace the modem
spoke to soon, internet still not working right.
The more i read the more it sounds like a network issue.... or at least something BT's end thats affecting us both. Mine was working fine from 4pm until about 10 mins ago and since then ive had 2 disconnects. Weird.
Dont know if you read my thread but I also have a fault on my line, Even though the online line checker didnt show anything. I was told more checks will be run and to expect a phone call within 48 hours and an engineer will come out to my house if required. Im not impressed about the 48 hour wait to be honest, The service is unusable now, Its gone off 8 times since 5.30am
