For a (sizeable) minority of emails, the reply function does not work. I receive an email, compose a reply, and send it only to get the message
"Invalid email address, must have a domain part [Err code 501]"
If I however I paste in the email address of the person I am replying to in the To box, the email sends without problem.
Is this a genuine glitch and how do I get BT to fix it? NB I can provide an example domain where this problem occurs if necessary.

Thank you for your message regarding the thread on inability to Reply directly. I see that I am about a month behind others in raising this.
So far as a comma problem is concerned, I am not sure how this applies as I have experienced the issue when the Reply I have sent is to just one person.
The thread seems to imply that the fix has been done ('a few days' was form the start of September). Has the issue gone away for other users?
