is it coming

Right when i go to dslchecker.bt.com and enter my phone number is says the following :-

When i call BT they have said they can see it is available but they cannot order it!

Anyone have any ideas??

is there anyway to get BT to conact openreach and get an update from them??

 

At the moment i am going round in circles!

 

Everyone else on my street can order via BT.com but when i try it fails.

 

The odd thing is though is that if i where to go with plusnet then they can provide fibre straight away!

place your order on the BT with your address details only.

 

when the order is going through you will get asigned a new number once this is done you can call and request your old number.

 

this is what i had to do.

 

worked perfect but i had a new number for about 8 days.

tired that aswell!

 

it just says the the product ordered is not avaiable! 

 

so i tired with my neighbours address and it went through to the checkout with no probelsm!

 

i have tried asking BT to look into this buyt they are adamaent that the system is fine and that i must be connected to a different cab!

you could well be connected to a dif cab.

 

my line was tagged as exchange only. when the guy turned up he said he just had to swap the pair.

 

even EO only lines goe through a cab.

 

its very unlucky if your on a dif cab.

 

was you house part of the orig development ? or added later ?

either that or try the Plusnet Order. its all the same network.

part of the original deveopment builkt the same time as next door!

 

according to the checker we are both on cab 141

 

was gonna do plusnet and the bt told me that they wanted 500 cancelation fee!
