ive paid my 21pound bill now i have a 121pound bill.

ive just paid my 21pound bill today after 3weeks of trying to get my bill paid and when i said how much is next months bill they said its 121pound bill and would like to know where they have got that from all of a sudden,if this is the case i will be joining virgin media or sky.

Is it next month's bill, or next quarter's?  If you are paying quarterly, then it's £40/month, which is quite possible if you've signed up for a lot of services.

 

the bill will be itemised, and will say what all the costs are.

hiya ectophile i get my bills monthly and ive only paid my first bill today and i asked on the fone when my next bill was coming out and they said in a few days of a 121pound bill and i said whats that for and why that high and they said they couldnt tell me.

I am sorry to see you are having promlems with your BT Service

 

I suggest you contact the forum mods they should be able to get your problem sorted for you this is a link to them http://bt.custhelp.com/app/contact_email/c/4951

They normally reply by email or phone directly to you within 3 working days they will take personal ownership of your problem until resolved and will keep you informed of progress

They are a UK based BT specialist team who have a good record at getting problems solved

ive rung b.t up today and still no joy and said ive been ringing numbers up from premium rate numbers when ive been at work at the time and the manager was no help either so ill be getting my lawer involeded and i will be goin to virgin media!!!!!

So 5 of your bills have gone missing and you've had premium rate calls made while you're out. I'd be changing my locks if I were you.

There have been cases where people's lines have been tapped into to make premium rate or overseas calls.  There's not a lot a customer can do to prevent that.
