Well today the Netgear has kicked out 4 or 5 times, sadly it doesn't automatically reconnect when the signal is lost so has to be rebooted each time, a quick internet search reveals that this is a common Netgear problem so it's going back and I've reverted to the homehub.
I'll see how it runs over the next day or so and then post some stats from it but clearly there are still issues with the signal being lost.
Speed is still around 0.62Mb which is woeful compared to what we were getting.
are you able to post your adsl line stats for the home hub:
Go to http://192.168.1.254 or http://bthomehub.home
2) click Settings
3) Click Advanced Settings
4) Click Broadband
5) Click Connection or sometimes called ADSL
The direct Address is http://bthomehub.home/index.cgi?active_page=9116 (for bthomehub3)
Trouble is, it doesn't stay connected long enough to build up any speed!!!
