Why does this no longer work? I have to sign in every few minutes

I have a similar problem with ms edge, vivaldi and pale moon.

Keep me signed in has stopped working, I have to sign in every time I open browser.

Also other various niggles with btmail. Who do I contact to list them?

I have been able to keep signed in until BT sent a recent message saying they had listened and were going to keep email sign in for longer. Exactly the opposite has happened - I now have to sign in every time! Is what BT thinks of as progress?! I use Firefox

After the mysterious fixing of the sign in problem, does anyone have a solution for these other niggles I am experiencing?

Problems with BT webmail on Windows 10 64 bit (latest version).
The same problems in Microsoft Edge, Vivaldi and Pale Moon.

Android app works OK.

When selecting and deleting more than one email, I get an Error Box reading "An unexpected error has occurred".

If, while reading a list of emails, a new email arrives, I have to click the refresh button, otherwise if I try to select the next email to read, the focus jumps 3 or 4 emails up the list.
