keep receiving BT letters from po box 329 for previous owner

Dear BT,  please help.

Since January 2019, i.e. 25 months and counting... I have returned every single BT letter from BT Po box 329, Durham, DH98 1EE. I have lost count of how many letters but every single letter was returned with a clear message saying the person had not been there since 2018. I tried telephoning but that was a waste of time.

Can somebody please help me? I am not a BT customer and out of exasperation have created this account. Thank you.

Hello @Keith_Beddoe, many thanks for the link... but the letters are not addressed to me and if it takes a non BT customer to fill in a form after 25 months then something is very, very wrong.

The letters all appear to be from the debt dept of BT for a named individual who hasn't owned the property since 2018.

I am happy to give BT the details of the previous owner and address privately.
