I am unable to ring out, as my BT Freestyle 750 keeps stating "keypad locked". Any ideas on how I can solve this?

Hi Kevin and welcome
Try pressing the # key for a few seconds to unlock it.
(You may of caught the # key to lock it in the first place....:|)

Distinguished Guru, Many many thanks for your answer, which has worked! We run a bookshop and restaurant, and we weren't able to ring out with orders; not sure if we could have answered the phone if anyone had rung in.
