landline dead 6 days

my landline is dead and has been for 6 days i complained and the next day received a text asking me to reply to

say when best time to call i went to reply and fortunately had a warning it was a premium number and would

incur charges so i never sent it i had another text today saying phone line sorted but its still dead

bt always threaten with a possible charge for engineer on any fault reported now trying to scam

its own customers with premium rate contact maybe this is saved for those of us who complain

i thought our providers where to protect us from such scams thankfully 02 did

tried to check the status of fault not working so i still have the only option reply to rip off text number

how do they get away with this rubbish service

Re: landline dead 6 days

If you have checked that you have no dial tone at the test socket which is behind bottom half of master then phone 151 and report a phone fault
