line rental charge refund, HELP

HOW DO  I GET A REFUND FOR A LINE RENTAL CHARGE FOR A LINE THAT DOES NOT EXIST,

 

I HAVE ONE TELEPHONE LINE TO PROPERTY, BUT PAY 2 LINE RENTAL CHARGES

 

I HAVE ONE TELEPHONE LINE ONLY.

NOT  " 2 " HAVE BEEN PAYING THIS EXTRA CHARGE FOR SOME TIME ABOUT A YEAR  BT MUST OWE ME A SMALL FORTUNE, HAVE SPOKEN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT THEY ARE CLUELESS,  DO I TAKE THIS UP WITH OFCOM TO INVESTIGATE

They normally reply by email or phone directly to you within 3 working days they will take personal ownership of your problem until resolved and will keep you informed of progress


They are a UK based BT specialist team who have a good record at getting problems solved


This is a customer to customer self help forum the only BT presence here are the forum moderators
