Can you post a screen shot of the page you are using to log on and if possible which search bar you are referring to and what it shows.

hello, not sure how to do screen shot, its google search bar and login on computer, when i turn it on dots run along the part i put email address and password, i have to keep turning on and off a number of times for it to clear, regards terry
