Probably a firmware upgrade, or a change in the configuration file initiated by BT. This can also happen if you have recently opted in or out of BT Wifi.

There are also other changes that BT sometimes make to the internal applications running on the home hub.

it cant be firmware update as was already on the latest unless they are releasing a new one for hub 4?

what i am noticing is web pages are loading quicker and computer generally feels faster?

not every change shows as a firmware upgrade but as Keith has posted that is a config file change
