low (0.1mb) upload speed

Hi there,

I hope someone can help. I can get a max upload speed of 8mb and upload can be anything from 0.1mb to 0.4mb. Literally we can barely use the Internet.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Callis.

Re: low (0.1mb) upload speed

If you have a hh4/5 can you go to hub manager then troubleshooting then helpdesk and post the stats please. Your connection speed at 8mb is significantly better than the checker estimate so I wonder what you would get on infinity - more than the estimate?   Maybe but estimate for fibre is based on distance from cabinet nd not exchange like adsl2

Re: low (0.1mb) upload speed

That explains why your speed is higher than expected for adsl - because you are on broadband with fibre
