massive drop in broadband speed & BT saying there is no fault on the network
Hi, I have a massive drop in broadband speed, now averaging 0.2mb download. I contacted bt and they said no fault and made arrangements for an engineer to call. They then cancelled this and said there is a local fault and would fix a few days later and confirm once done. I have on-line chatted 4 times with them and am getting no where except them offering to send out an engineer (at my cost if the fault is mine).

Which hub do you use? Your connection time is very short is that due to manual reset or router dropping connection?
are you using test socket with new filter?
try quiet line test. Dial 17070 option 2 should be quiet and best with corded phone
