sorry, i have just taken out my package.

my question is under the "stay fast guarantee" is there a minimum upload speed ? 

I can see the minimum download clearly advertised for my package as 19 mps, but i can not see the minimum upload speed.

As far as I'm aware there is no guarantee of upload speed.

ok found it the ofcom Better Broadband Speed doc 

"the minimum speed (for download, this is the minimum guaranteed speed. Minimum
upload speed is derived in the same way as download, accounting for congestion, but is
not guaranteed, i.e. it does not give rise to a right to exit the contract under Principle
5);"

guess that answers my question.
