I'm sorry you feel you were mis-sold your package. Whenever an order is placed a confirmation email is sent to confirm what has been order. This is done to insure that the order details are correct and also as away of confirming the terms of the order. This should also have been discussed with you on the call. I'm sorry if this didn't happen.
Just had the same with my TV package. I have checked my emails from BT and no mention of now being in a 24 month contract. Very poor customer service. I will be reporting to ofcom and hopefully if enough other people do bt will be forced to change their shady ways.
