Firstly, still can't get over how awful BT service is. Have had problems with BT vision from day one and help is nonexistent. Anyway, we moved house and have had our bt vision, phone and bb switched over but no one seems to know whether or not we are on a new 12 month contract or a rolling one from the old contract?? We want to keep the bb and phone but we have moved to a new house and apparently they are not fitted with aerials so can't watch tv! Any ideas?
