moved house, phone reconnected, internet not...

Hello everyone, just wondered if anyone can help me with some info 🙂 iv recently moved out and changed the address on my phone line and internet connection. I received an email saying my phone and internet will be reconnected by midnight on July 3rd. Iv received an email saying my phone is ready to go but havnt heard about my interent yet. Is it just a case of waiting or is there a problem? Has anyone else had this? Thank you, Dave

All I can think to say is 'good luck'. It's a month since my new line was meant to have internet up and running. I've been told 'midnight' and 'next monday' and so on so many times that all promises to that effect have lost all meaning. You will have to get in touch with customer services and you will have to chase them, and you'll have to get really lucky and hope your net doesn't get lost in the system. Again, good luck..

They normally reply by email or phone directly to you within 3 working days they will take personal ownership of your problem until resolved and will keep you informed of progress


They are a UK based BT specialist team who have a good record at getting problems solved
