my BT

My Bt for mobile android, open app ask to enter pin , get a tick,  pin confirmed, "sorry we havent been able to log you in , please Try Again, 

Constantly all day, cannot get into the app ?

Any Ideas

This might be connected with your cancelled order issue. The App live chat guys should be able to help so can you give them a try and let me know how you get on?
