Hi, why is it when I'm trying to setup my bt its saying my email address is invalid, I've had this address for 10 years.

The login details for MyBT can be different to your actual e-mail address. When you register for MyBT, you are asked to provide an ID, which does not have to be your normal BT e-mail address, or even a BT e-mail address.
