new bt broadband customer , when will my bt sport work on sky

hi ive just today taken a new contract out , bt fibre , calls and bt sport on my sky box , it says the bt sport should work straight away,,,this was at 1600hrs today , its now 2100hrs and it still doesnt work , any ideas please
