newbroadband hub

Hi

WE were upgraded to a new homehub 3  about 3 months ago over the last month the wireless sometimes slows right down (22mb to 1.5mb) or stops altogether, resetting the hub solves this problem but only for a while, are wired connection remains unaffected, any advice before i attempt a long and frustrating call to bt would be helpful.

Install inSSIDer on the wireless device and check out whether there are issues such as competing networks.

Some people find the auto channel feature on the HomeHub works well, others find it a pain.  It could be worth using inSSIDer to find a fairly free channel, and locking the HomeHub to that channel only.
