for the second time in to months i find i cannot access my BTcloud account all i get is
my logon is correct my password is correct the last time it took 2 weeks to sort out not sure it worth keeping.
anyone else had this problem?
@garyby I'm sorry to see you're having problems accessing the BT Cloud. You'd be best reporting this fault directly to the cloud team as they'll be able to help you get this fixed. They can be contacted directly via 0800 500 3114 9am to 9pm Mon - Fri 9am to 6.30pm Sat and Sun
