my phone went down today altho my internet is fine there is no dailing tone went on to fault section on web site wen t they said they would check my line after few moments the phone gave a ping sound ,but still no dailing tone,i even phoned the help line the did the same but still no dailing tone ,but once again broadband is fine help plz

Once you are sure that there is no fault on your own phone or internal wiring. Then report the problem here.
There can be a disconnection on your line, and the broadband may still work.
All I can say is thank u bt for ur quick repose,after running a few checks the problem was solved,the wife failed to tell my that the grandson was playing around the phone socket lol ,in future I will the sockets when he comes to the house lol lol,but big thank u to bt for the quick response in checking my line,dont really know why people complain, about customer service from bt
