I have been having similar problems to the rest of the people on this topic thread. I received the pre paid mastercard months ago, but not the promised cashback cheque as outlined on an offer from moneysavingexpert.com. Having rung BT a number of times and still not got the issue resolved, I emailed firstname.lastname@example.org with the full details on 18th November but no response. Can anyone help please?
