I have btconnect.com email address, I keep getting emails telling me that my exchange mailbox is almost full. I want to log onto my account via webmail to look at this and it does not let me log on, it goes round in circles , accepts the user name( my email address) and the password but then says I am not logged in and asks me to log in again. I have also been directed to Microsoft to log in but that does not recognise the name and password.
Any help would be grateful, this is frustrating. I do not have an issue getting my btconnect emails via, outlook and google.

If you are using a BT Connect email address you will need to post on the BT Business forum where hopefully somebody will be able to help you.
