not received reward card

Hi there im a bt customer from 9may 2018, i apply for reward card of £115 on 16 may 2018, received the confirmation email that all is aproved and to wait up to 30 day from there.Till today 16august 2018 (3 months) i dint receved anything even the bt said it was despached on 23 may 2018.I raised so many complaints, i spoke with so many employees from bt over this time and all i got back is to wait and wait and wait. PLEASE HELP

I'm sorry you haven't received your BT Rewards Card. If you send me in your details, I'll be able to chase this with the Rewards Team.
