I will let you know what the complaints team say on tuesday 🙂
They can say what they like but you are on an Infinity service.
It has been confirmed that the line type was never upgraded.
I have now been moved to box 15 in childswickham, from box 1.
We are told that we will receive a refund for two years of infinity that we never had.
Apparently Infinity was set up over a copper line hence the modulation, and was subsequently not upgraded to fibre.
Makes no sense to me.
They are talking absolute rubbish. You currently have Infinity and are not connected to cab 15 because that will not have Infinity until January. If they move you to Cab15 you will revert to ADSL.
There is nothing wrong with your stats. As has already been pointed out, you are on Infinity 1.
What you have been told is a load of rubbish. I suspect that it has been a data base error showing you as being on a different cabinet than what you are connected to and they will update the data base.
The last part of Infinity 1 comes along your copper line from the fibre cabinet so there is nothing to change there, that is how it works.
For the avoidance of doubt.
1. Your speedtest screenshot shows an upstream profile of 10Mbps Only possible with Infinity
2. Your hub stats line 7 show max data rate of 24825 Only possible with Infinity
3. Your hub stats line 24 shows G993.2 Only possible with Infinity.
