Not sure if this is the right place to put this but I hope it is.
Is there a number or department i can call who can help with this as i am getting no where fast.
basicy I ordered and had fitted a new phone line and infanity broadband yesterday and its working fine (getting 76 download and 20meg upload). tried to claim my bt reward card and find that the order was still open, so I had a live chat with sombody who said that they would sort it out and close the order.
Now just checked and fould she has cancaled the order and the services are going to stop. and I wont get my reward card.
so any ideas would be helpfull right now as I cant get any stright forward answer from the call centre
