order problem

Hi i saw that i can get bt infinity but when i try to order it i've message like this - Our tests show you don't currently have a BT phone line. Please click here to order a BT line with BT Total Broadband - i've bt line and i've contacted with someone from bt central and the told me that i can't take infinity on this addres because someone cancel to many times previous contracts. i live in this addres from 4 and none did some thin like canceling of any bt contracts

Hi.

Looks like they have some incorrect info on your account.

Why not get in touch with the mods(BT employees) and explain what is happening. They should be able to sort it out. It might take 2 or 3 days before they are able to pick up on your mesaage.
