When adding an offer to the basket should it not show any extras like landline unlimited useage that we already have and pay for in that offer or give you the option, as it does not? or will this have been included? it is an existing customer offer package? Many thanks

The cost of your landline is included in your broadband price so this won't show. If you have kept all your extra's and calling plan the same they also won't show in the order. The only charges that show along the right-hand side are changes to your package.

Thank you, so the package we currently have for the landline which is unlimited calls will be in the package, why does it now show as the last time we renewed our contract it did show this? Many thanks Jules
