I now have 2 BT landlines. When the second one was installed last year I was given a different account number. I want to register for paperless billing on this new account but am unable to register online as my email address is connected to my original account number and the system will not allow me to use it to register the new account. How do I get round this? I have tried ringing but just get pushed round the board.

Thank you I have just solved the problem using live web chat. Last time I tried to use this method it kept cutting me off, but the girl today was excellent.
