You have been given help and information from the first post, it was you that seemed to be reluctant to accept it. I wasn't being sarcastic, I was stating a fact.
David I do not expect to receive messages like this I was simply asking why the BT broadband team would tell me migration is still ongoing when the people here on the forum say not, I am actually not too concerned when or if I will be migrated but do object to the implication that I would not be told.
