Hello, I work with people who have dementia and am involved with an elderly lady who makes literally 100's of calls a day to either the chemist or her GP. The family naturally don't want to remove her phone but is there a way of preventing certain calls being made from a landline? thank you
@Deedlesnack Yes there is a service available called network controlled calling and it's designed to help in situations like this, the service allows you to choose 10 numbers that are allowed to be called from the line and all other calls are blocked. Full details of how it works and how you can set this up are detailed in the link I've included.
