@BTCare still on the phone. every time transferred to new department they don't understand my problem. feel like #GroundhogDay
@BTCare 40 minutes on hold, finally an answer. Except the agent puts me on hold and starts me again at the start of the queue! Ridiculous!
@BTCare No phone/internet service for 4 weeks, no action taken by BT. Can't believe starting over from scratch! Wishing had another option!
