Still nothing concerning my phone number. Customer services said my number would change to the new bt allocated one on the 10th March, it hasn't. I still have no caller Id either. I have heard nothing back from submitting my query to the mods here. Never had any customer service issues with Sky and when you make Sky look good you must be doing something wrong!
