Did the17070 and it is a bt line. I still have no caller id nor does the number come up on my online bt account, will wait and see what the customer services say....

Just wait for the mods now best to avoid any other contact with customer services as it can cause further confusion

Still nothing concerning my phone number. Customer services said my number would change to the new bt allocated one on the 10th March, it hasn't. I still have no caller Id either. I have heard nothing back from submitting my query to the mods here. Never had any customer service issues with Sky and when you make Sky look good you must be doing something wrong!
